What to expect?

Our programs starts with a full holistic evaluation to discover how your body move’s currently and if there are any imbalances that would need addressing to unlock your potential.

Functional exercise programs are based on a minimum of 12 hours. We find this is the optimal time frame to encourage adaptations in the body to promote long term change.

Our sessions start with an initial evaluation appointment that lasts up to 60 minutes for the assessment and initial coaching/treatment/training.

 

From here further appointments are up to 60 minutes and are structured to your needs.
