INJURY REHABILITATION

Our sessions firstly involves assessing “if you’re not assessing, you’re guessing” From here many manual therapy techniques from massage, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques (MET), facilitated stretching, corrective exercise and more can be used to restore balance in the body to help eliminate aches, pains and movement dysfunctions while improving posture and wellbeing. This is all bespoke to you and based on all assessment findings.

Chris takes a professional and results based approach from your very first point of contact to ensure you get the desired results.

The cost is £55, and afterwards we will show you treatment plan options that can fit nearly any schedule or budget.  By spending the 1-on-1 time together on day 1, we can really design custom treatment and training programs that get you real results with minimal treatments while also teaching you about your body and the things you can do in the gym or at home to take care of whatever ails you!
