The world is changing, the “new normal” has presented an opportunity to rest, reboot and reset!

Our Group Wellness programme 'Connection' has been designed with one thing in mind, how to help you look after your wellbeing.

The programme consists of six interactive workshops, with each workshop being a different theme. With the world changing as it has, we have adapted this course to be presented in person or online through zoom.

HEALTH IS A STATE OF MIND, WELLNESS IS A STATE OF BEING

Workshop 1 - Your Foundation

Here we look at posture and the relationship it has to our feelings of anxiety, stress and individual insecurities. The students learn how to identify their own imbalances and also how their breathing can be utilised to ease anxiety and empower their mindset.

Workshop 2 - The Flow of my day

Here we break down how to best utilise and create winning time management strategies by looking at the main 4 parts of the day, Preparation, Action, Celebration & Rest. We also look at ways the students can calm their racing mind with breathing techniques and meditation practices.

Workshop 3 - My Identity & Personal Power

In this workshop the students look inwards to discover their own self power so we can develop confidence, presence and power which is vital in creating thriving relationships in and out of the working environment. Here we also look at the connection between nutrition, gut health and stress.

Workshop 4 - Open your Heart

Here we focus on the students passions and love for themselves and what they do. A labour of love is more achievable than without love and passion.

Workshop 5 - Speak your Truth

The aim of this workshop is based on communication, not only communicating with others but also to ourselves. It is the inner dialogue that affects how we see the world and in turn affects how we communicate with others.

Workshop 6 - The world is a reflection

In this workshop we look at how and individuals intuition is important even during menial tasks. We look at how the students can incorporating visualisation techniques in order to create the desired outcome in the workplace and home environment.

It's not about work-life balance, it's about work-life integration.

During the programme each individual will learn:

  • different techniques that you can put into action to help them destress which will complement efficient problem solving and decision making.

  • how to perform self-guided meditations

  • action items to implement between workshops

  • how to unlock their own creative expression

  • lessons on the 6 principles of health & wellbeing

  • an understanding of how our sub-conscious choices affects our life

  • and much much more.

In each workshop there will be action items for each student to take on and complete between each workshop, this allows for the information being taught to be absorbed and then put into practice to achieve the results.
